I recommend my patients to take capsule doxycycline and benzoyl peroxide gel

Detailed Answer:
Ok..No problems.. In such cases I recommend my patients to start with capsule doxycycline 100 mg daily at night and apply benzoyl peroxide 10 percent gel on the bumps twice daily. For the marks I recommend them to apply a cream containing combination of tretinoin and hydroquinone in minute amounts only at night.This treatment is continued for atleast 6-8 weeks to notice any significant improvement.
Besides this avoid wearing tight synthetic clothes, wear cotton undergarments, keep the area dry and reduce the intake of sugary foods.
