Suggest Treatment For Acne Along With Seborrheic Eczema

Question: Hello sir/mam.I'm male 19 years old.dry skin type.i have been suffering from acne,sebeherroic dermatitis,eczema on face.i have consulted a dermatologist.he gave flucort cream,aquasoft cream,omnacortil5 mg tablets lecope tablets for a week.for acne he gave azibact 500 mg 3 days a week for 6 weeks.after a week my redness and small numerous pustules on my face decreased.then he suggested me clear gel to apply morning and night..now its 14 th day..again my face became red very itchy,and very small but many pustules are coming.can I apply flucort cream??I heard that steroid creams should not be applied more than 10 days.please suggest me good ketoconazole soap.my friends are teasing me.please help me.

Thanks a lot mam.i have uploaded the photos of affected areas.please tell me a good ketoconazole soap and antifungal powder.my dad has asthma so I got eczema. .please help me how to get out of this problem

Thanks for the pictures .
You surely seem to have developed moderate to severe acne with seborrheic eczema .
I would surely not advise you to apply flucort anymore .
I completely agree with the treatment suggested by your doctor for your skin problem .
The only change is that you need to take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg daily at night along with the prescribed medicines . Take levocetrizine for atleast one week .This will help on reducing the redness ,irritation and itching .

Apply clindamycin gel twice as advised and continue with azithromycin .
If however ,after taking the above treatment for three to four weeks ,you don't see much improvement ,then discuss the option of starting retinoids with your treating doctor .Retinoid is a very effective an anti acne agent used in severe and resistant cases .
Use scalpe shampoo for washing scalp twice weekly. Leave it over scalp for five minutes after applying and then wash it off.
As an antifungal powder ,you can use Clotrimazole powder .
Your problem requires long term and regular treatment but it is surely a treatable problem ,so be patient and take regular treatment .

Hi mam.Thanks a lot for your suggestions.many brands are there for clotrimazole powder and levocetrizine tablets.please suggest me good brands with their names. Thanks for suggesting scalpe shampoo for scalp but you didn't tell me about ketoconazole soap for dermatitis on body,face,eyebrows.I would feel happy if you have suggested me a good ketoconazole soap with brand name itself.by the way the temperatures are quite high where I stay.so please suggest me a sun screen for my dermatitis skin.please suggest me the above 4 items with their names.thank you.

Hello sir /mam.I'm male 19 years old.I have been suffering from acne and seborrheic eczema on scalp and face.my dermatologist gave flucort cream,scalpe shampoo,lecope tablets,omnacortil tablets for a week.after that for acne he gave azibact 500 mg thrice a week and clear gel .dermatitis on scalp decreased but on face redness is not decreased.I'm thinking that it's rosacea.my nose is somewhat big and red..is it rhinophyma due to rosacea??I'm very scared.please tell me what that is.is it rosacea and rhinophyma???i have uploaded pics of my nose and cheeks. please help me out of this acne,redness,itching.please help me.

I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed severe acne leading to severe scarring over the face and nose .
In patients with such a presentation,I usually prescribe retinoids.
So in my opinion ,you should discuss this option with your treating dermatologist.
You might need to get some blood tests done before starting the medicine .
