take antacids with prebiotics.

I am Using nexpro L regularly. When i stop acidity increases. Is there any permanent solution. Endoscopy done and there were no findings

You should follow some dietary modifications.

Hi
Apart from Nexpro L,you should have some dietary modifications.
You should stop Smoking and any format alcohol completely.
Avoid Non steroidal anti inflammatory medicines.
Avoid spicy food, masala food.
Stress should not be there.
You should take frequent small feeds.
I am sorry to say that there is no permanent treatment for acidity.
You can shift from Nexpro L to Rabeprazole 20mg tablet twice daily before food for few weeks.
Nothing to worry.
