Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
You have increased gastrocolic reflux. You might be probably be having irritable bowel syndrome.
You need to undergo few tests before calling it irritable bowel syndrome.
Stool analysis, Blood glucose test. thyroid function test, tests for celiac disease, and a colonoscopy test may be done.

You can consult a gastroenterologist to discuss about the possibility of IBS and to get these tests done.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

I am 39 years old, 1.7m tall, and 86kg weight. I have had chicken pox in year 2000 and genital herpes 2003.

Presently, I always have gas in my system whenever I eat foods like fish, meat, beans, egg, etc. I have recurring constipation and diarrhea associated with stomach pains, and always feel bloated. I have difficulty in passing out faeces; practically have to force it out. Sometimes it comes out with patches of blood and a horrible rotten smell. I feel my digestive system is not functioning well. also I do not feel that my urine is emptied, some drops come out after I have finished. My lower abdomen around waist region is always tight. Various medics have advised that I take high fiber foods and drink lots of water. I do these, but I think my digestive system need to be properly looked into.
