Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux Caused By Indigestion
Question: Hello I am experiencing a fowl gas type smell that comes out of nowhere through my mouth and i think my nose. This happens a few times a day. Sometimes I smell it but others times I see people running from me.

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to
Infection of nose, para nasal sinuses & gum,
Nasal polyp
Acid reflux and indigestion (it cause food cause Regurgitation of food into mouth),
Tonsillitis
I would suggest to consult the ENT specialist and get examined.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Do gargling with antiseptic mouthwash or warm saline water
Brush your teeth twice daily using soft brush .
You can also take mouth freshers
Tablet gas x, unienzyme for the gas problem
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Take lots of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Avoid fried and spicy food and carbonated drinks.
Do regular exercise like walking, running and breathing exercise 45-60 minutes in the morning.
