Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

The likely cause for your symptoms is due to

1. Acid peptic disease
2. Underlying constipation

Following could be the predisposing factors

1. Decreased intake of fiber in diet
2. Decreased intake of water
3. Stress and anxiety
4. Lack of adequate sleep
5. Irregular intake of meals
6. Excessive intake of flatulent food
6. Intake of carbonated /alcohol / caffeinated beverage

If you do not consume alcohol there is no cause for concern. SGPT level returning back to normal is very reassuring. I would suggest you the following

1. Trial of acid suppressant like Pantoprozole along with gastric motility increasing drug like Domperidone

2. Ensure good intake of water: 2 to 3 liter a day

3. High fiber diet: 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit

4. Avoid spicy food, junk food, carbonated / caffeinated beverage

5. Regular exercise

6. Adequate sleep

If the symptoms still persist even after a week then do consult your physician for routine assessment.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
