Question: Hi,

My kid (2yrs old) accidentally injested ear drop (candibiotic). She hasnt vomitted please advice.

Hi....in the whole composition, chloramphenicol is the one which can be problematic as it can sometimes cause bone marrow depression.

I suggest you take her to the nearest emergency room and get a stomach wash some.

As you say she hasn't vomited yet, this is the best way to get the drug out of her system before it gets absorbed.
