Suggest Treatment For Abrasions On The Penis Head
Question: penis head gets abrasions when rubbed, skins breaks, painful to touch, heals in 10 days, sometimes longer. Negative on SDT testing. Same spots get inflamed. Oientments don't seem to have a great effect on the symtoms. Dr seems to be stumped as well. This problem has been going on for years. I also have painful bladder syndrome, many years

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
Your symptoms of penile head abrasions,are typical of an allergic reaction.
If it heals on it's own in ten days,for years now, it's surely an allergic symptom.
To be able to give an expert opinion,it would be best if,you send the following :
1. two photos of the penis head. one from above and one side view.
2. blood routine,AEC,RBS,LFT,creatinine,and platelets.
3. HbsAg,HIV and VDRL, if exposed to multiple sexual partners.
To comment on painful bladder syndrome,you'll need to do the following tests,after getting examined by an Urologist.
1. urine routine and culture.
2. in addition to above tests,get PSA done.
3. ultrasound-KUB,with residual urine and a TRUS(trans rectal scan).
4. flow rate test.
According to reports,i can give an expert opinion on your doubt.
If you've taken any medication,so far for it,kindly send all details,with reports of tests done so far.kindly mention other medication being taken regularly.
Drink about ten glasses fluids daily.
