Brief Answer:
Try antacids. If that does not help, visit the emergency of a hospital

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I need more details about the condition to be better able to help.
Going by the details, it seems that your 13 year old daughter is complaining of abdominal pain. Incidentally there could be a number of causes for the same and it needs to be clinically examined before the cause can be determined. It also needs correlation with the exact location and duration of the pain and other symptoms like vomiting, loose motion. The treatment depends upon the cause.

The commonest cause of abdominal pain is perhaps hyperacidity or gastro-esophageal reflux. It generally involves the upper central abdomen. Small but frequent meals are to be taken to avoid such a condition and empty stomach for long duration is to be avoided. Taking some antacid or Mucaine Gel syrup should provide relief. If that does not help, you may give her decolic tablet to relieve abdominal distension which may also be cause of such a pain. If that does not help, I would insist on visiting the emergency room right away.

Hope that helps.
