Question: Hi, I am having pain in two places. First I have had diarrhea off and on since spending ten days in Cuba returning a month ago. I had no problems until I returned. I have taken antibiotics that helped a little, but now after a week of no pain or cramps, I am having abdominal pain on my right lower side.
Second, I am having pain on the front, right side do my neck and my glands are swollen on that side.

might be due to colitis, enteritis, appendicitis, need to be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query and do understand your concern.
There are few possibilities that you can discuss why your doctor. Regarding abdominal pain, One is colitis or enteritis for this I would have asked for stool routine examination and other possibilities is appendicitis to diagnose this I would have done thorough clinical examination and would have asked for ultrasound abdomen. And based on the investigation report I would have decided on the management plan.

Are you having common cold, sore throat, sinusitis and or any dental infection?

Neck pain might be due to muscle strain. You should take NSAID like aceclofenac with muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone/ tizanidine twice daily for 3-5 days based on the responce. You can ask your local doctor for prescription of this agent. Along with this hot compression and analgesic gel or spray will be beneficial. This will help you.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
