Suggest treatment for abdominal gas, fever with headache and thigh pain

Question: I had gas problem in the evening later in the night I got fever with headache and thigh pain. Please suggest what should I do?

body is warm with headache and body pain. its started yesterday then continuous with sometimes very minute shivering.
No cold & cough till now.
stomach was not clean and swelling at anus.

Looks like viral infection and has self limited cure...

Hello,

Thank you for your reply dear.

It looks like that you are suffering from viral infection.

It has self limited role and will be cured with in a week.

Drugs like paracetamol, pantoprazole and domperidone is sufficient to cure all your problem. Xylocaine topical anaesthetic cream can be applied before going to defection.
