Suggest Treatment For Abdominal And Back Pain With Headache
Question: Sir I hv psin in.my abdomain and back pain with headace for last 20 days and tsking medicine. Razo l kru and pain relief. Medicine mefenamic acid dicyclomine hcl as per the advise of gasentrologist but My pain is mild but not comple cureis there any problems like infection ulcer cancer cause I hv done. Appendicitis surgery 4yrs ago after that I m felling. Such problem repeated in five to six mont it is coming and going with medication

Read and understood your history of pain in abdomen, back pain and headache for the last 20 days, not getting a complete cure in spite of medicines that your Gastroenterologist has given you.
Also so noted your history of Laparoscopic appendectomy 4 years back but the pain and the problems come back every 5-6 months.
Your doubt about some other cause is absolutely correct.
We have to rule out any other cause of having such a problem again and again.
I would advise you the following in such a case:
Investigations:
*Routine blood investigations like Complete blood picture, blood sugar, urea, creatinine, liver function tests, thyroid function tests.
*Urine -routine and microscopy
*Stool: routine, microscopy, occult blood, culture and sensitivity. To be done on three consecutive 3 days.
*Ultrasonography of abdomen,
*Colonoscopy
*CT scan of the whole abdomen
All these investigations will help us to get a proper diagnosis as to what is the exact problem.IF a specific problem is found out it can be treated specifically to get you a cure.
Since you have pain in abdomen, back ache and headache, a course of an antibiotic active in intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotic will help with the medicines you are already taking.
Secondly of all the investigations are normal, your case can be considered as a case of IBS- irritable bowel syndrome and you have to take treatment accordingly, Once of the main reasons to instigate or enhance your problems is stress and anxiety in most of the cases. Sir all as u advise I hv done all blood testand urine test. As u said but before Twenty days I felt abdominal. Pain and ither problem as I discussed With u felling Week also with that problem. After twenty days I felt. Better but not completely relif sometime I got pain seating. For long time and sometimes in my sleep but not all time or not sivourly my pain is now mild but its . I hv no blood in my stool.no vomiting no fever till now.
As Ihv discuss that fatty liver. Is found in my ultrasound. I m felling Nervous. I want to know. If I hv inflammation. After appendicitis operation then how could I know or thts problem Creating pain.
One thing to discuss With u that my stool in morning not likely normal its like some watery.

Sure sir as per ur advise I will take antibiotics wth my medicine and do stool test and ct scan as per ur adv
For my goodness I want t know appendicitis inflammation occurs can it leads to ulser or coletral or bowel cancer or any sirious deases.
Dr sir last thing I want to know how many time a infection In large intestine can leads to a cancer.
It will give me more support to me.
As my headche has gone it is temporary due to cold.
