Hello and welcome,

If there is a rash and swollen eyes, this may be an allergic reaction. Best to take her in to an immediate care clinic or ER There they can examine her, and if it is an allergic reaction, they will likely give her a shot of epinephrine if warranted, an antihistamine, and if it is severe, possibly also a short course of corticosteroid medication.

If you cannot get in to a place where she can be evaluated quickly, give her 50 mg of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and take her in to be seen.
