They start out with a white head then then bust and there is a clear liquid then they itch to hell and back get hard and take at least two weeks to heal! Then leave a scare then two weeks go by nothing then there is another one I don't understand it at all! By the way I am a 44 year old female. I have pictures as well

Brief Answer:
Papular urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
It is looking like papular urticaria probably secondary to insect bite.
I treat such cases with a topical steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week.
If itching persists you can take an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine daily in night.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Use insect repellent

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
The inner side of knee is soft and accesible to insects as well as allergen like dust.
Take care that you wear full sleeves shirts and trousers whenever possible.
It would be better if you can use an insect repellent as sometimes bites go un noticed but cause an allergic response later.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
