All questions addressed sir, pls let me know if you need any more assistanc

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The medication to treat an outbreak are any of the following:

+Acyclovir
+Ganciclovir
+Famciclovir

But you should know sir that either of these medications can help suppress and outbreak and even keep the condition at bay, but none of them can permanently treat or cure you of herpes.

Minimising the outbreaks actually depends on keeping your immunity strong and living a healthy lifestyle from all possible aspects. A course of preventive medication can also be taken to help with that.

I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Always here to help sir, what was your IgM result?

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

There is usually no permanent way to cure or rid of herpes, unfortunately.

A positive IgG indicates a previous exposure to the virus, and if at all your IgM is negative, then it means that you were exposed to the virus in the past, but the infection is not active now.

So if at all your IgM and IgG are positive or your IgM alone, then you are more likely to be contagious.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
