Suggest Treatment For UTI

Question: I was diagnosed with uti last week. It's the forth day I'm on antibiotics cipro and I have burning and pain again even though yesterday it was much better. Also the wall of the vagina that shares with urethra is hard and a little swollen. Do you think I need to see a doctor again? Or should I just wait the full 10 days of the antibiotics.

I am so sorry to hear about what you have reported. From all the information I will suggest you follow through all the treatment before we get concerned about a possible failure and need for re-evaluation. It is still to early for this right now.

I will recommend you also drink much water during this treatment phase. Keep me updated by the 5day of treatment. At least we must have started to see real sign of treatment success if the treatment is right.
