Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that those episodes of sweating could be related to a metabolic disorder : thyroid hormone imbalance, low fasting glucose or to an autonomic dysfunction.

For this reason, I would recommend performing some tests:

- fasting glucose
- glucose tolerance test
- thyroid hormone levels for any possible adjustments to eltroxin dose
- blood electrolytes for possible electrolyte imbalance
- PCR and ESR for inflammation.

Your HbA1C levels are a little high, which means that this could be the beginning of diabetes. For this reason, I recommend you to closely monitor your fasting glucose levels. Some diet modifications are also needed.

I would also advice monitoring your blood pressure values, for possible blood pressure fluctuations.

If all the above tests result normal, there is nothing to worry about.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
