Question: i had a test culture and semen,urine are nil but staph aureus was found in urethre.the test show moderate staph found in urethre.pls doctor help.how do i cure.pls prescribe for me.my email : YYYY@YYYY . like how many days and how many times will i take antibiotic in a day

I am so sorry to hear about these culture findings and all the inconveniences this has caused you. Staph is a common contaminant in culture and in most cases would not need to be treated unless there are XXXXXXX signs of an infection. I will suggest that you upload the results and report any symptoms to me for analysis so that we can make the decision to treat or not. Being in Nigeria, it would be possible to get the antibiotics without a prescription from your treating doctor but first, let us get the results to make sure you need antibiotics at this time.
