Question: I Have Retrograde ejaculation caused by surgery and after ejaculation my urine has a strong smell which stays even after drinking lots of water. It goes after I take antibiotics, I've been through this process many times. I wear a leg bag. I have been checked for an infection and all is clear. Is it known that a strong urine smell is related to retrograde ejaculation and what can I take other than antibiotics?
