Posted on Fri, 5 Jun 2015
Question: hey.. i basically have pcos and i got regular periods for the last two months.. on time at about 28-29day cycles.
then this month my period is very light and pinkish.. i have been spotting constantly on and off for about two weeks now. I have also had flutterings in my stomach which is constantly there for the past 2-3 weeks. Could I be pregnant? I tested my uring using a home test about 3-4 times and it said negative. But I read that women with PCOS sometimes have false negatives. I worried I might be pregnant and losing the pregnancy...

Brief Answer:
This is not pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy.

You are definitely not pregnant. Light pink spotting was your periods. Since you had light periods, some of remaining menstrual endometrium is going off as spotting on and off.

This is definitely not pregnancy.

Let me know if you need any more help.
