Question:
Hi. To star with I've pcos, and have had irregular cycles in the past. I got lower abdomen cramps and very slight spotting about 4-5 days before my period due date. Took a preg test came negative. Went for an internal USG the next day and doc said endometrium is about 6mm thick and period should be coming in 3-4 days. I threw up last night and have been feeling very tired lately. Do you think its possible I'm pregnant and the USG missed it?

Correct answers this time -

What is your age ? 30 yrs
What is your height and weight ? Height 5.4", Weight - 68 kgs
When was your last menstrual period ? Feb 23
When was the next one due ? Anytime now ( March 21 - March 23 )
When was the ultrasound scan done ? March 23
Are you trying to conceive ? Yes

Irregular periods - Yes, but for the last 4 cycles I've been on a 28- 30 day cycle. I had endometrial hyperplasia about a year back that was followed by a D&C, post that I was on a course of meprete for 4 months. From then on my cycles have been regular and from the USG yesterday the doc mentioned that the hyperplasia is not there. My current endometrium thickness is 6mm. I'm concerned because I get period like cramps only when I'm about to get my menses. So is it possible that I could be pregnant?

Brief Answer:
No possibility of a pregnancy with endometrial thickness 6 mm.

Detailed Answer:
Ha ha.
We all do this from time to time ( mistaking dates , often years :)
That is alright.
So now for your question.
With an endometrial thickness of 6 mm, it is impossible that you are pregnant.
No possibility at all.
Could you upload the scan report just in case ?
Also, when was the last time you had unprotected sex ?
I think you are premenstrual, and will be having your period sometime soon.
Take care.
