Suggest Treatment For PCOD

Question: Doctor I checked with abdominal scan. The result is I have pcod.
May I get your suggestion and medication for best result to get rif out of it. After 2 months I got my periods yesterday and no bleeding at all. I had only a drop of bleeding.pls suggest. My health habits are morning oats and noon chapathi and nyt fruits. One hr waling mixed jogging. Pls do,hlp me.
