Brief Answer:
PCOD should be confirmed by hormonal assay.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Findings suggests PCOD(Polycystic ovarian disease) like features in right ovary.USG findings are not confirmatory. It should be clinically correlated and need confirmation by hormone assay.
Treatment depend upon findings. It is a treatable condition.

Findings also suggests raised GGT level.
Increased GGT level indicates liver injury.Increase in GGT may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.Patient need proper evaluation.

Ultrasound of abdomen should be done to assess liver.
This condition need few more investigations like random blood sugar, lipid profile, viral markers.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Alkaline phosphatase is increased in many conditions like bone or liver diseases etc.It should be clinically correlated.

I suggest my patients to take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It will help in regeneration of liver cells.

Patient should avoid fatty food.

Total leukocyte count is also increased,it is important to rule out infection.
