Brief Answer:
After a week.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
In PCOD the ovaries show multiple cysts and there is a hormonal imbalance that causes a delay in the periods without a pregnancy.
If your periods are overdue it is best to test your urine for pregnancy after a week of your expected date of your periods. Do use a morning first sample of urine for the test.
In case the test is negative then do consult your gynecologist for hormonal tablets like norethisterone for withdrawal bleeding.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Blood test will help after 7-10 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Since you are taking Glycomet it should correct the hormonal imbalance and your ovulation should be on time. In that case testing the urine after one week is advisable. Even if the periods are delayed due to hormonal imbalance or delayed conception serum beta HCG evaluation is advisable after 7-10 days to be double sure.
You can consult your gynecologist after 7-10 days for the blood test.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
