Brief Answer:
7-15days

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

As per your details, NSAID induced gastritis can be managed with omeprazole (prilosec) for 7-15 days depending on symptoms. In case of severe form (erosive gastritis with bleeding), ppi inhibitors (omeprazole) can be taken for 6-8 weeks.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to assist you.

Wishing you good health.
