Brief Answer:
Avoid alcohol & observe for bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.

It is unfortunate to know that you have developed two linear tear (ulcers) in the esophagus (the food pipe). However, it is not a matter of serious concern provided if you take certain precautions.

Since XXXXXXX Weiss tears are associated with chronic alcoholism & cirrhosis of the liver so avoid taking alcohol and take the treatment for cirrhosis (if any).
Stomach acid suppressing drugs like Pantoprazole can be used to prevent further damage to the tears.

Most tears heal within a few days without treatment; however, there is a risk of bleeding. In most of the cases the bleeding that results from tears in the esophagus will stop on its own. This typically occurs in a few days and will not require treatment.

If your symptoms indicate active bleeding in the esophagus, like vomiting of blood (hematemesis) or passing of blood in the stool (melena), you may need to undergo an esophagogastroduodenoscopy (endoscopic visualization of the food pipe & the stomach). If the bleeding does not stop on its own, surgery may be needed.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful to you.
Best regards.
