Question: How to decrease this infection and I am not willing to take any pills or streroids.

Use tacrolimus and protar

Thanks for the photograph.
It is looking like lichen planus.
You can try tacrolimus cream in night and protar cream in morning.
Both these are steroid sparing agent and are highly effective.
