Suggest Treatment For IBS

Question: Sir , I'm suffering from IBS from last 6months I don't understand what to do I've taken so medicines and now these days I'm taking mebeford-c + ibset before morning and evening meal can you please tell what should I do I'm really frustrated with this.
Moreover my all test reports are also normal I don't have any stress regarding anything pleaSe advice me
I always go to loo after any meal after some time

No sir I didn't go for a test thyroid not even small bowel biopsy moreover I don't even have any idea of it
But I don't think I'm loosing my weight but yea somewhere I started loosing my energy and feeling lazy these days that's it
And I've one more question it also could be happen with water becuase somewhere when I took huge quantity of water I need to go for a loo
Please suggest what should I do now
But yea I've gone through for colon biopsy and that is normal in fact I've sent you that reports please check
