Brief Answer:
Omeprazole, amoxicilline and metronidazole!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This bacteria is normally eradicated with trle antibiotics for 10-14 days. The combination is that of amoxicillin, metronidazole and omeprazole. I recommend that you talk with your doctor in order to get a script for the antibiotics and the recommended dosages.

This germs is transmitted through poor hygiene. It could be food, drinking water, dirty hands, etc. Step up your personal hygiene to address this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
