Brief Answer:
see detailed description

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, as is quite evident from your attached reports you have gastritis caused by h.pylori related increased gastric acid secretion.
It can be managed easily with simple lifestyle modifications and tablet pantoprazole as advised by your doctor.
The drugs will help in controlling the problem and then if you follow the lifestyle modifications then it will be in control always otherwise it has a high recurrence rate.
Also avoid excess of tea or coffee and chocolates (in case you are fond of them) and if at all you want to have tea or coffee then put more milk and take some biscuits along and avoid taking them empty stomach.
In case you have sleep lag then try work upon your sleep schedule and take proper rest to avoid stress related changes in your body.
A good sleep and healthy diet is the cornerstone of treatment in your case.
All the best.
