Brief Answer:
GERD and a probably obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks or posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

All the symptoms you have mentioned are suggestive of GERD.
The feeling of something stuck in the food pipe could be due to an obstruction in the food pipe.

Continue with the medications you are taking.
Try to reduce weight.
Avoid coffee, citrus, tomatoes, fatty food/spicy food.
Eat smaller meals.
Go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.

In addition get an endoscopy done to look for obstruction in the food pipe.

If the feeling of something stuck is in the throat, it is called globus pharyngeus and it is different from obstruction.

Discuss with your gastro doctor for endoscopy.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
