Question: What do you recommend for Eustachian tube dysfunction usually triggered by
allergies? Studies posted on line are less enthusiastic about steroid nasal sprays than
GP or even local ENT.

Fluticasone is preferred inhaled corticosteroid for this.
Intranasal spray containing fluticasone is preferred for this.
So start fluticasone nasal spray twice daily.
One puff in each nostril twice daily.
Along with this, take combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) once a day at night before bedtime.
