Suggest Treatment For E.coli Infection Of Urinary Tract
Question: I have had a semen culture and it shows e Coli. And testicles are paining me ..What is the recommended treatment given my sensitivity to antibiotics. And could u pls let me know the reason for this infection...

In your case, I am suspecting chronic urinary tract infection which has spread and infected your seminal vesicles.
E.coli is usually sensitive to Amikacin, Cephalosporins and Quinolones.

But i have testicles pain and anus pain .... Even i have tested stool ... It is also have ecoli .... Can u suggest some tablets which solve both pains .... I m also feeling more heat from my body ...
