Suggest Treatment For Cocaine Addiction
Question: My cousin snorts coke every day for the las few months I try to get him to stop he won't but mostly bc after he does a few lines his nose burns extremely bad 1-3 hrs prior and nothing he does fixes it except doing more or doin painkiller wich as bad as they both are as much rather him stay away from opiuts opposed to another line what are some alternatives to help the burning sensation an hour or two after sniffing so that he can try that and if it takes away the burning or even jus helps then he won't have to sniff more Coke after

The burning of the nose its part of his dependence symptoms for cocaine. Many others would start if he stays more without taking it. And taking opioids later doesn't resolve the problem but makes it worse.
You can advice him to start lowering the dose gradually. Lets say to use one less line for one week, then one less for 3 weeks and so on until he quits it totally.
Sit together and talk about benefits of quiting it. It would be so much easy without it, yes?
But as I said the best thing to do its to get constant professional help.
