Good method in selected cases

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM
Radifrequency ablation for Barret is relatively new method which is shown to be very effective and minimaly invasive procedure for this type of esophageal pathology. it is efficient in 80% of patients and in most of them symptoms improves right after it. Complications rate is low. In cases where there is suspicious of malignancy,RFA cant be performed. ALso, follow up gastroscopy with biopsy is required after 2-3 months to rule out recurence. WIsh you good health. Regards
