Brief Answer:
Calculus may pass spontaneously. You may need stone dissolving medicines.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Ultrasound findings suggests 3.4 mm calculus in left kidney which is causing obstructive features and it is resulting into mild to moderate dilatation of pelvi-calyceal system with dilatation of ureter.
Since size of calculus is less than 4.0 mm,conservative treatment can be tried.
Calculus less than 4 mm has 80% chance of spontaneous passage. However, passage of calculus depends upon many things like size, shape, position of calculus etc.You should drink plenty of water.
Initially, you may also require calculus dissolving drugs.

You may require intervention if symptoms are severe.

Specific treatment of calculus depend upon nature of calculus means whether it is composed of calcium, uric acid etc.Treatment varies with type of calculus.Urine examination can be done to assess nature of calculus.

Empirically,Alpha blocker medicines like tamsulosin etc are prescribed for passage of calculus. These medicines relaxes smooth muscles.
Thiazide group of medicines are also prescribed.

If these conservative treatment doesn't help then other methods like lithotripsy or surgery may be required.
