Brief Answer:
Check the exact location, USG guided FNAC, regular follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. This is most likely an incidental finding of a reactive lymph node, a localized trauma, a congenital cyst or a foreign body.

2. The anterior triangle of the neck is a large area that is subdivided into smaller triangles such as the sub-mental, sub-mandibular, carotid and the muscular triangle. Get an exact location after which the drainage area of that particular lymph node group or level can be examined. There are normally more than 300 lymph nodes in the head and neck region.

3. Any symptoms, direct examination and a USG with a doppler study will help settle the diagnosis. Upload the MRI images.

If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
