Brief Answer:
1% permethrin creme rinse

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your concern and I have understood it.

Treatment of lice is by 1% permethrin creme rinse (available as Permite 1% creme rinse, marketed by Galderma in India) which should be applied on to air-dried hair, to the whole length after shampoo, and left over for at least 30 min before shampooing again.

Single application is usually sufficient. It is ovicidal as well therefore effective against nits as well.
