Please provide us more details like your height, medical illness other than hypertension?

The doctors involved in this obesity management are
1. Endocrinologist with a good dietician and physiotherapist
2. Bariatric surgeon
3.Psychologist

Usally this group will work as a team in Obesity clinic.
Though I don't know your height your weight of 470 lbs is alarmingly high.

There are 3 options for weight reduction
1. Lifestyle modifications - diet and exercise
2. Medications- benefit is less than 10% weight reduction
3. Bariatric surgery- which will be the ideal option for you
