Brief Answer:
Multivitamin in right proportions is good.

Detailed Answer:
Good day.
Noted your concern. There is surely a health benefit taking right amount of vitamins. Most of these vitamins should come from natural diet in the form of fruits and vegetables rather than pills. No need to take charcoal unless you have excess gas formation. Maximum advised dose of vitamin D3 per day is 2000 units. DHEA may be helpful in elderly woman who has Sexual dysfunction and adrenal insufficiency. otherwise it doesn't have great benefit. Coenzyme Q10 is not routinely recommended but some people with certain muscle pains may benefit from it. Try to eat a healthy balanced diet and a variety of fruits and vegetables. that's better. also get sunlight exposure so that you get vitamin D3 naturally. it's advisable to take 1000 mg Calcium a day.
Regards
Binu.

Brief Answer:
Normal natural source of zinc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Omegavyte is a good brand of fish oil. Take one a day. We get zinc in normal amounts from food and there is no need to take it as a supplement. Many vitamin pills contain a small amount of zinc.
It is a good idea to take Vitamin D ( maximum 2000 units daily) and Calcium daily at your age.

Brief Answer:
Better not to use

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This question is outside my scope of practice, but still on literature search, it says that Ritalin must not be used if you have Galucoma.
