Brief Answer:
Dosages mentioned, consult doctor before action

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
B12 and folic acid are vitamin supplements and their recommended daily allowances are mentioned below.
For B12
Age >14 years: 2.4 mcg
Pregnant women: 2.6 mcg
Breastfeeding women: 2.8 mc
if there's B12 deficiency (below the reference range of 180-914 ng/L, or 150-900 pg/mL) then
Initial: 30 mcg IM once daily for 5-10 days followed by
Maintenance: 100-200 mcg IM monthly.
If pernicious anemia then
100 mcg IM/SC once daily for 7 days, then every other day for 7 doses, then every 3-4 days for 2-3 weeks, then monthly
Or Alternative: 1000 mcg IM/SC once daily for 7 days, then weekly for 1 month, then monthly
Or Nasal spray: 500 mcg (1 spray in 1 nostril) weekly; if patient is taking hot meals, spray should be administered 1 hour before or after meal.

For Folic Acid
Recommended daily allowance (RDA)
Males: 400 mcg/day PO
Females: 400-800 mcg/day PO
Pregnant women: 600 mcg/day PO
Nursing women: 500 mcg/day PO
Upper limit: 1 g/day PO.

If there is Folic Acid deficiency then 0.4-1 mg PO/IV/IM/SC once daily.

For Lipo 8 , it has following ingredients
Methylcobalamin 1000mcg
Methionine 25mg
Inositol 50mg
Choline chloride 50mg
l-carnitine 100mg
l-leucine 7.5mg
Pyridoxine 100mg
Taurine 50mg.

Their use is purely on physicians prescription. Usually one per day is advised. But remember methylcobalamin is also vitamin B12 and methionines are also a part of folic acids. They are all vitamin supplements. 135 pound is a healthy weight. Keep using them on physician's prescription. Their prescription varies for different reasons. Let your physician find the best one for you.
I hope it helps. Dont forget to close the discussion please.
Take care
