Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation and examination, investigations to get a cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since fleet enema, Dulcolax and several senna plus are used and still the fleet enema has not come out indicates that there may be an obstructive pathology.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor or go to ER or Urgent care for clinical evaluation, actual examination to palpate the abdomen and get investigations;
X-ray of abdomen will show whether there is any obstruction, fecolith or so. If required formal saline+soap enema may be tried.
Further evaluation and CT scan of abdomen, colonoscopy may be needed after preparation.
These would give the exact diagnosis so that a proper management can be done,

I hope this answers your query.
Take care,
Dr. T Chandrakant
