Hi,

In Ayurveda constipation is the common cause for all the vata predominant disease.
At times depends on the dosage tripala choorna may constipate. so kindly avoid it.

In Ayurveda diet, lifestyle and internal medication and yoga practice will regularize the bowel movement and keep you away from constipation.

Diet: avoid junk, dried and baked items. diary product will influence constipation. kindly avoid it.
take fiber vegetables and fruits like okra, radish, raisin dipped in ghee, cucumber, cabbage, cauliflower, apple and orange, pomegranate, watermelon, muskmelon.
kindly avoid refined wheat flour and their product.
take 3 to 4 liters of water.
prefer spinach and green leaf vegetables.

lifestyle: take food in proper time. avoid taking food late night. Avoid carbonated and tinned foods.

internal medication:
Senna powder; available online as well as in ayurvedic herbal shops.
1 teaspoon of senna powder mix with 30ml diluted milk and jaggery powder-1 teaspoon and take it at the bedtime.

yoga:
Pawan mukta asana and vajra asana
practice this two asana in the morning and it will help you in cleaning your bowel every morning.
