Brief Answer:
diagnosed most time clinically without any test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; and for your kind information vertigo is not a disease as such it is the symptom of so many diseases. It is diagnosed most time clinically without any test.

For your knowledge vertigo is a sensation of spinning i.e. you are spinning or that the world around you is spinning.

But to rule out other disease or to reach the specific disease, you may go for the vestibular battery test, CNS examination, ear examination, pure tone audiometry and impedance audiometry.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
