Brief Answer:
Get STD screening test done

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.

The basic STD screening is for chlamydia and gonorrhea. This test involves a simple swab inside a man's penis or woman's cervix. A urine test is also an acceptable method of screening for these two diseases. Once the sample is analyzed in a laboratory, you know if you have either disease. Both chlamydia and gonorrhea have a tendency not to present symptoms in some patients, so it is important to be screened if you are sexually active, especially if you have multiple partners.

There is no accurate STD screening for herpes, which is a viral infection that sometimes lays dormant for years. If you have genital ulcers, scrapings sometimes reveal herpes.

Human papillomavirus, or HPV, is an STD that causes cancer in some patients and genital warts in others. Many people who are sexually active develop the disease but never experience any symptoms. For men, the only test for HPV is a visual inspection of the genitals.

Homosexuals are also prone for HIV and hepatitis B which can be detected with different blood tests.

I will further advice you to have protected sex henceforth. Do not be that ignorant about your health.

I hope my answer was helpful for you .
Thank you.

Thanks Doctor for your reply. I will be very much grateful to you if you could answer my questions below.

1) Should I go visit a doctor here or can I just walk into any lab and ask for the tests to be done?
2) What are the exact names of the tests I should take immediately? and also what about other tests like AIDS, Syphillis etc? I have heard these viruses are dormant for many months. Should I take these tests in the future?
3) Could you recommend any doctor/test centres in Bangalore? Also is it mandatory to provide my real name for the tests? I want to keep it very confidential.
4) Also 7 years before when I had viral fever, my testicles were swollen due to some infection and since then my right testicle has become super sensitive. A slight touch also sends a sudden pain/shiver in my body. Could you please advise on this as well?

Brief Answer:
You have to attend any STD clinic

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your revert.
You dont have to approach individually to lab asking for individual tests. In most of the private as well as government run hospitals there are STD clinics being run.You just have to approach any of it.They will guide you regarding what kind of tests and for how many times you have to undergo. They always keep the information secure so you dont need to change your name or something.
Regarding your past infection I will request you to send pictures of your testis. So that I can see if theres any gross deformity.

I hope my answer was helpful for you . Dont forget to close the discussion.Thank you.
