Question: Dear Sir
I think I have a problem of adrenal fatigue because symptoms found like adrenal fatigue, So I would like to checkup to any physician, and I want to know which blood or urine test has to be conducted for this disease . and which physician is best for this disease, and second think is white spots on my nails, which is symbol of zinc deficiency, so I want to know which blood or urine test has to be conducted for zinc deficiency

1.8 am and 8 PM Serum cortisol.

2. Serum ACTH level

3.Urine Cortisol levels.

For adrenal disorders you need to consult an Endocrinologist in person with the test results for further evaluation.
