Question: yes please what type of vitamins or vitamin supplements can help me raise my prolactin levels for lactation im been try ing to induce lactation with breast pumping and stimulation . but I seem to need something more .....I cant have children but I am try to help out with my sisters second child.....

I presume your sister had already given birth to the baby.
Birth control pills taken for 2-6 months is an option prior to baby's arrival. But you cannot use it now
Discuss with your doctor and start Domperidone tablets 10 mg thrice daily. If needed the dose can be increased. It is advisable to start this tablet also 6-8 weeks before baby's arrival. But you can still try using this.
Take oat meal daily.
Eat garlic and ginger daily in moderation.
I hope you are using the hospital grade breast pump. Breast massage followed by breast pump use for 10-15 minutes should be done around 8 times daily.
Hold the baby in your hands /lie beside baby as much as possible. This skin to skin contact and bonding is very important.
