Suggest supplements for severe pain in knee

Question: Sir! I am suffering from runner's knee because of excessive running at the gym. I am doing exercises regularly as prescribed by the physio but pain again starts after some prolonged activity
Please suggest me name of some supplement which i can take for the proper nourishment of the knee
And please prescribe its dosage also

Sir! Sometimes My knee produces cracking sound when i move it to and fro,even I face the same issue with my elbows i think it is because of excessive gymming and lake of proper diet
Please suggest supplement for overall joint strength
Can supplements including msm,glucosamine and chrondatin sulphate help

Hi,

You can take GNC triple strength or Doctor's Best Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM two tablets per day. These joint supplements are good one.
I generally prescribe CCM for calcium 1 tab daily and Uprice D3 60 K for vit D3 once weekly.

You made my day,this is what i was looking for
Sir one last doubt.
1)At what time of the day i should take glucosamune tab (which i have to take twice daily,calcium tab(that i have to take once every day)
2)for how long i should continue takeing them
3)are their any other precautions to take while consuming them???
4)sir can i also have whey isolate so that i can increase exercise which may assist in muscle growth as i am a vegetarian and what should be it'squantity

Hello again,

1) Take glucosamine tab with meals.Taking this with food seems to reduce the incidence of gastric upset. You have to take calcium with food.
2) Take these for 3 months.
3) You should not taking glucosamine without consulting your doctor if you are taking heart medicines, insulin, and blood thinners .
4) You can take whey isolate to assist in muscle growth. Aim to take 1.4-1.7g per kg of your body weight a day in no more than three servings.
