Brief Answer: Oligoasthenospermia Detailed Answer: Hi, Unfortunately your report shows severe oligoasthenospermia. Meaning sperm count is less than one million which should be atleast 15 million per ml. Motility is also low. These parameters are very low and frankly difficult to reverse. I suggest you see an urologist to check if you have varicocele in scrotum. By examination he will be able to decide if surgery is needed. Before concluding anything please get semen analysis done in a better lab. There is some bleeding with RBC too. Please get tested again before concluding treatment again. If this persists, you have to go for test tube baby treatment by ICSI pricedure to produce baby. Regards, Dr. Mahesh Koregol
