If the doctor have diagnosed it could be due to antibiotics then a course of antibiotics would help in resolving the condition.

Have you consulted the ENT specialist?

your symptoms suggests me some problem with vocal cords like a vocal polyp. Which usually presents with low voice but no pain. This will be ruled out only after examining your throat by laryngoscope. Which only ENT doctor can do.

Kindly consult ENT doctor if you have not.

shoulder pain and it shoulde be tightly for neck and shoulders.some body press it will relefi. like tha tpaining s coming. low voice. what need to be do .i went ENT speccilat only. they uggest me they given 5 days course of antiboitic. and they mnioned after 1 week they will do endoscopy
